those who may be experiencing financial hardship.

💙 $45 – Provides a safe ride to a medical appointment for a client without access to transportation. This could mean the difference between receiving critical treatment or going without care.
💙 $120 – Funds a full month of home help visits, giving someone recovering from surgery the extra support they need to regain independence.
💙 $200 – Helps someone struggling with mental health find the right behavioral health care, ensuring they get the counseling and resources necessary for stability.
💙 $270 – Covers six hours of expert case management, guiding a client through the complex process of transitioning from assisted living to memory care, ensuring they receive the right level of support.
💙 $500+ – Contributes toward a full month of essential support, whether it’s ongoing case management, home help, or transportation—helping someone build a safer, more stable future.
